Blind Installer (m/f/d)

In this position, you are primarily responsible for ensuring that the installation processes on site run smoothly and that the products are installed professionally. You take responsibility on site and ensure impeccable quality through your expertise. As the link between the construction site and planning, you coordinate appointments and processes and guarantee compliance with the highest safety standards.

your tasks

• Professional installation of all products as well as third-party products.

• Exercising authority over B-installers on site.

• Active communication with the project manager to ensure project progress.

• Regular feedback to installation management and the chief installer.

• Taking full responsibility for safety on site according to training.

• Correctly filling out and signing reports.

• Proven experience as an installer, ideally with qualification as an A-installer.

• Willingness to travel with overnight stays throughout Switzerland.

• Leadership skills and the ability to convey instructions clearly and effectively.

• High sense of responsibility for installation quality and occupational safety.

• Organisational talent for coordination with internal and external interfaces.

• Reliability in observing break, rest, and safety regulations.
