Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
If you enjoy managing properties and work in a structured way, then you are exactly the right person for this role. In this role, you take responsibility for the management of properties and work closely with an experienced team. You are responsible for the professional handling of property matters and benefit from professional induction as well as training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
You manage your property portfolio consisting of condominium owners' associations as well as residential and commercial properties
As a property manager, you are responsible for budgeting and the annual financial statement and conduct audits
In this role, you lead condominium owners' meetings
You check operating cost statements for condominium owners or co-owners
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification as well as a federal specialist certificate in real estate
You bring several years of professional experience in property management
Fluent German language skills are required
