Do you enjoy direct customer contact, communicate confidently, and have excellent language skills in Swiss German/German, French, and Italian? Would you like to competently and solution-orientedly support our customers as a 1st Level Bank Agent? Then you are in the right place with us!

At our location in Bioggio, you can expect a varied role with regular working hours from 08:00 to 17:30, one Saturday shift per month, and comprehensive training starting from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. After onboarding, there is the possibility to work partially from home.

• Telephone inbound advice for our customers
• Competent handling of customer concerns regarding debit and credit cards
• Providing product information and support with our web services and the Viseca one app
• Ensuring professional, service-oriented customer advice at the highest quality level
• Active support of our customers in emergency situations, such as card loss or suspected fraud

• Commercial basic training or professional experience in another sector, combined with high motivation and a strong affinity for telephone customer contact
• Experience in a call centre environment and shift work is an advantage
• Fluent language skills in Swiss German, German, French, and Italian; English skills are an advantage
• Quick comprehension as well as precise and independent working style
• Friendly, service-oriented, and resilient personality
• Good MS Office skills as well as a high technical affinity and enjoyment of digital systems
