For the further expansion of production planning, an experienced individual is sought who confidently combines complex capacity, inventory, and delivery requirements. In this role, you manage short- and long-term production planning, identify bottlenecks early, and develop viable solutions together with the relevant departments. In addition to operational planning, you take responsibility in cross-departmental projects and actively contribute your experience to the further development of processes, key figures, and systems. You can expect a technologically driven environment with short decision-making paths, international collaboration, and plenty of scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
Short- and long-term resource and capacity planning
Early identification of bottlenecks and initiation of appropriate measures
Management of inventories considering delivery capability and costs
Interface between production, supply chain, and customer organisation
Maintenance of planning-relevant SAP master data
Participation and project management in supply chain, KPI, and ERP projects
Optimisation of planning and production processes
Qualifications:
Technical, commercial, or logistics education, with further training at least at HF level (process specialist with federal certificate is a great advantage)
Several years of experience in production or capacity planning
Good understanding of production processes, material flows, and inventory control
Ideally very good SAP knowledge, MM, PP, APO, and PP/DS
Confident handling of Excel
Very good German and English skills
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
