Injouables Real Estate Suisse Sàrl supports a Swiss and French-speaking private clientele in acquiring exceptional real estate in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). We provide you with the necessary tools, partners, and methods to develop a high-end clientele in a rapidly growing market.

Your Responsibilities

- Prospect and convert Swiss clients interested in real estate investment in Dubai

- Market properties mainly located in Dubai

- Support your clients until the completion of the sale

- Use our internal commercial methods, tools, and processes

Profile Sought

- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense, and a taste for challenge

- Autonomy and rigour in following up with your clients and appointments

- Ease with commercial tools and structured processes

- Professional appearance

- Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus

Work Organisation

- Activity rate: 100%

- Mandatory presence at the agency from Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00

- The remainder of the time is organised autonomously: prospecting, client appointments, etc.

Remuneration — 100% variable, no cap

Position remunerated exclusively on performance, with a progressive commission system and no earning cap.

For example, a collaborator who meets their targets and closes one sale per month can expect a remuneration of around CHF 10,000 per month. The higher your production, the higher your commission rate — your remuneration evolves directly with your performance, without limit.
