Today, in order to continue developing our business in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a

Entrepreneurial at heart and a recognised broker, you will undertake the various tasks related to this role: market analysis, prospecting and acquisition of mandates, business development, client advice and support throughout the entire sales process until completion.

Your profile

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage, ideally in the Lausanne region
• Strong knowledge of the profession, the market and the economic fabric
• Established professional network
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent sense of advice and negotiation
• Commercial dynamism, proactivity in acquisition and follow-up
• Excellent presentation, inspiring confidence and professionalism
• Fluency in French
• Driving licence and personal vehicle
