Job Description

As Store Manager, you play a key role in the success of your store. You unite and support your team, develop commercial performance and ensure an excellent customer experience. A true hands-on manager, you bring the group’s brands to life daily and ensure the maintenance of the quality and excellence standards that make Swatch Group’s reputation.

Tasks:

• You manage the store’s sales performance and mobilise the necessary actions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• You give meaning to the store’s results by managing quantitative and qualitative indicators, in line with the objectives set by the group.
• You create a strong team dynamic daily: you supervise, train, motivate and develop your employees.
• You turn every customer interaction into a quality experience by advising and selling with rigour, listening and attention to detail.
• You represent the brands daily, developing local external relationships and actively contributing to customer acquisition and loyalty.
• You ensure stock control and reliability by monitoring and properly conducting inventories.
• You guarantee an impeccable point of sale by ensuring the display of windows, proper cash register management and compliance with presentation standards.

Profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma in Retail or any other training deemed equivalent.
• Ideally, you have experience in the watchmaking industry and/or the luxury sector.
• You have proven experience in team management and/or commercial management of a store.

Required Skills

• You know how to unite, motivate and engage a team around common goals, with a true culture of results and performance.
• You combine an analytical mind with a structured approach, allowing you to quickly understand issues, solve problems and make effective decisions.

Languages

• You are a native French speaker and also master English. Any other language is an asset for working in an international environment.

Workplace

The position is based in Lausanne. The Shops are an integral part of Manor centres and follow the same opening hours, Monday to Saturday.
