Role:
In this exciting position, you will independently take care of the maintenance and servicing of control technology systems in building automation. You will be deployed directly on site with the customer, carrying out fault repairs, maintenance work, and smaller modernisation projects – with a great deal of personal responsibility and your own service vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of fault repairs, maintenance, and servicing work on building automation systems
Handling smaller modernisation projects and adjustments to existing control technology systems
Troubleshooting and participation in the on-call service
Active customer care and sustainable maintenance of customer relationships in the area of operation
Use of your own service vehicle to maintain systems in the regional area
Qualifications:
Completed training as an automation technician, electrician, or an equivalent technical basic education
Solid experience in technical customer service or as a service technician
Knowledge in the field of building automation, HVAC systems, and ideally building management systems
PC skills and experience with network and bus systems (e.g. KNX, Modbus, BACnet) are advantageous
Ideally in possession of a NIV Art. 15 connection permit
Driving licence category B
