Commercial Employee Customer Service & Export 80% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company specialising in electronics and manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities:
Record and process customer enquiries and orders in the order system
Create sales documents and quotations
Coordinate deliveries including export formalities and customs clearance
Coordinate appointments and processes with production and warehouse
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Keep customer data and article information up to date in the ERP system
Perform general administrative tasks in the internal office
Handle written and telephone customer requests
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional qualification
Several years of experience in order processing and export
Practical knowledge from a manufacturing company is an advantage
User knowledge of MS Office
Experience with ERP solutions desired
Independent and reliable working style
Confident manner in customer contact and enjoyment of smaller company structures
Business fluent German and good English skills
