You lead IT projects for new and existing customers
You advise customers on modern technologies and IT solutions
You install and optimise Microsoft server environments on-premise and in the cloud
You support the monitoring and support team with complex cases
You contribute to customer satisfaction and team development
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT apprenticeship EFZ specialising in system technology
You are customer-oriented and enjoy direct contact
You are open to new ideas and continuous improvements and hold a category B driving licence
You have very good German language skills
