Consulting and implementation of cloud and IT infrastructure projects from conception to commissioning
Operation, maintenance and continuous development of modern Microsoft infrastructures
Support of customers in IT service as well as assistance with demanding technical issues
Taking over 3rd-level support, IT engineering and fault analysis in complex environments
Conducting training and workshops as well as professional support within the team
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the IT infrastructure and engineering environment
Training as an IT specialist and ideally further education at FA, HF or FH level
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and client engineering
Experience with Microsoft virtualisation, networking, firewalls and IT security
Interest in Microsoft Azure as well as very good German and good English skills
