Our client, a major player in the construction sector in French-speaking Switzerland, is seeking an IT Solutions Specialist to strengthen its teams and support the transformation of its business tools.
Job Description
Product Vision and Business Expertise
- Gather, analyse and challenge the needs of business users.
- Translate expectations into high value-added features.
- Map and optimise business processes as a functional reference.
- Be proactive in functional and technical choices.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in line with the strategic roadmap.
Project Management and Coordination
- Develop and manage the project roadmap: objectives, resources, schedule and milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams as well as external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the different project phases: design, development, testing and deployment.
- Ensure deadlines, costs and quality of deliverables are met.
- Provide regular communication to stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
Quality, Testing and Change Support
- Design and execute functional test scenarios (UAT).
- Validate the compliance of delivered solutions with expressed needs.
- Organise documentation, training and user support.
- Collect feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in roles combining Product Ownership, Business Analysis and project management.
- Good knowledge of information systems, APIs, integrations and application environments.
- Excellent understanding of business challenges, ideally in construction, infrastructure, transport or industry sectors.
- Ability to act as a functional reference for business and technical teams.
- Ease in collaborating with diverse stakeholders: developers, business managers and external partners.
- Mastery of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Initiative, autonomy, rigour and results orientation.
