To strengthen our workforce, we are looking for the following profile:

Foreman (Sheet Metal Work/Roofing)

Main Activities

• Management and organisation of construction sites
• Supervision of field teams
• Technical and economic monitoring, measurements, and plan reading
• Direct link between the office, field teams, and clients

Desired Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a sheet metal worker or roofer-sheet metal worker
• Option A: Holder or in the process of obtaining the federal foreman diploma
• Option B: Experienced self-employed professional in career change (self-employed status possible initially)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader
• Leadership, rigour, and good interpersonal skills
