Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable individual for a versatile role in finance and accounting. You will work with various internal departments as well as external contacts and actively contribute your careful working style to daily business.
Responsibilities:
You independently handle the accounts payable and ensure the correct coding, allocation, and posting of incoming invoices
You prepare the daily payment runs and execute them punctually
You create intercompany invoices and process various business transactions between companies
You manage dunning cases and act as a contact person for suppliers and internal departments regarding questions about invoices and payments
You enter manual payment orders and transfers and support ongoing liquidity planning
You manage the central accounts payable mailboxes, process invoices in the system, and ensure reliable validation
You maintain and check accounts payable master data and assist with the reconciliation of the VAT deferral account as well as the review of corresponding tax assessments
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
You bring practical experience in finance and accounting, ideally with a focus on accounts payable
You have good IT user skills; experience with SAP is an advantage
You are well organised, reliable, and responsible and have very good German language skills
