Clerk Export & Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focused on highly precise tool clamping and manufacturing solutions. With many years of experience, high development competence, and the latest manufacturing technologies, the company develops and produces innovative products for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision, and innovation are at the core.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate international customer orders from recording to processing.
You coordinate delivery dates and prices with production planning.
You independently prepare export and shipping documents for international deliveries.
You handle returns including the necessary credit notes.
You support the implementation of customs law adjustments in day-to-day business.
You assist customers and sales partners with commercial matters.
You process EU customs clearance for exports from Switzerland and imports digitally.
During absences, you take over the deputy role of the customer service management.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience.
Further training in foreign trade with a federal certificate is an advantage.
Experience in international order processing with a focus on the EU and other markets.
Knowledge of export, freight forwarding, or customs matters.
Confident handling of rules of origin and European VAT regulations.
Routine in using ERP systems and common office applications.
Interest in digital processes and experience with export or customs software.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
