Your new responsibilities

• Functional supervision of the decoration managers of the branches in your region
• Regular visits to branches to ensure the Pfister image within the framework of national activities and concepts
• Support for CAD planning, execution schedules and implementation during transformations, new openings and fairs
• Contact person for branch requests and coordination with the Visual Merchandising POS project manager
• Participation in decisions and responsibility regarding surface adjustments

• Budget responsibility for the assigned decoration region
• Coordination of decoration staff with the technical layout coordinator
• Replacement of other regional decoration managers if necessary

What you bring

• Creativity and ability to make proposals
• Talent for planning and organisation
• Manual dexterity and a sense of shapes, colours and trends
• Sense of style for attractive staging of spaces and products
• Completed training as a decorator or 3D polydesigner
• User knowledge of MS Office & CAD
• Reliability, autonomy, flexibility and solution orientation, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Several years of professional and managerial experience

• Professional trainer qualification
• Knowledge of the furniture sector
• German language
