Job Description

• Preserve and restore the patient’s well-being and autonomy, in collaboration with and under the supervision of the nurse, to contribute to their overall care
• Apply hygiene rules and protocols to prevent infection.
• Participate in the supervision and evaluation of trainees.
• Promote the integration of new colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with current processes.
• Adhere to institutional policy.
• Work in 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Care assistant or care and support assistant diploma
• Two years’ experience in a surgical or acute care unit
• Native French speaker (or excellent knowledge)
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
