Participation in the implementation and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions in the area of Identity & Collaboration
Operation and further development of holistic voice and collaboration solutions with Microsoft Teams, Contact Center, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Responsibility for incident, change, and problem management in the Microsoft 365 environment
Participation in the design, setup, and further development of M365 services
Implementation and active participation in workplace projects in close collaboration with internal teams
Ensuring a stable and reliable Microsoft 365 operation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ and/or higher education (HF, FH, University)
Initial practical experience in the Microsoft 365/O365 environment, especially with Azure, Azure AD, Teams, Skype for Business, and SharePoint Online/On-Premises
Ideally knowledge in scripting and automation, especially PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and workflows
Innovative, motivated, and flexible personality with enthusiasm for a dynamic and growing IT environment
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
