To strengthen the finance team, a Finance and Accounting Specialist (100%) is currently sought, who will initially take operational responsibility for several companies and specifically prepare for the later management of accounting. After a structured induction, you will take over the professional and personnel leadership of the team and actively shape the further development of the finance department. The position offers you a unique development perspective with direct exchange at management level.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You independently manage several accounting departments and prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), including VAT returns and tax declarations
• You actively accompany the introduction of a new accounting solution, develop into the central contact person for the system, and contribute to the digitalisation of existing financial processes
• After comprehensive induction, you take over the professional and personnel leadership of the accounting team and work closely with the CFO
• Furthermore, you participate in cross-departmental projects, strategic financial topics, and the further development of modern technologies in finance and accounting
