Your tasks with the new employer:
You are responsible for the operational accounts payable processing from invoice receipt to timely payment
Incoming invoices are recorded in a structured manner, posted, and processed in the ERP system, including clarification of discrepancies with internal departments
In close coordination with purchasing, specialist departments, and suppliers, queries, reminders, and discrepancies are properly resolved to keep processes stable and transparent
You support month-end and year-end closing tasks in the accounts payable area, and actively contribute ideas for process optimisation and workflow development
You offer your new employer:
A commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification forms the basis, ideally complemented by practical experience in accounts payable or accounting
Further training in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk) is a good fit but not mandatory
Very good ERP and MS Office skills as well as confidence in accounts payable processes, payment procedures, and reconciliations help to deliver cleanly and efficiently in Eastern Switzerland
You convince through precise working methods, discretion, and service-oriented communication that remains calm with internal interfaces and suppliers even under time pressure
