To strengthen the finance team, a Finance and Accounting Specialist 80–100% is currently being sought, who independently manages several financial accounting departments and takes responsibility for financial statements, reporting, and budgeting. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You independently manage the financial accounting of several organisational units and ensure timely and accurate processing of all accounting processes
• You independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including consolidation and prepare meaningful reports for management
• Budgeting, tariff calculations, as well as statistical evaluations and settlements with various stakeholders are also part of your diverse responsibilities
• Furthermore, you actively participate in projects and support the continuous development of existing financial processes

You offer your new employer:

• Ideally, you have a Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Confidence in financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as experience in preparing reports and budgets enable you to start successfully
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, supports you in efficiently handling your tasks; knowledge of social security matters is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a high sense of responsibility characterise you as much as your ability to work in a team and discretion
