Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)

- You plan and implement IT projects for corporate clients.
- You design and carry out cloud transformations for clients using Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- You are responsible for the technical solution design of Microsoft 365 client projects, including SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance, Exchange, Endpoint Manager and AutoPilot.
- You maintain and develop complex network infrastructures, including with Fortinet and UniFi.
- You advise, install and document the ICT infrastructures at clients.
- You conduct IT security assessments at clients on-site and remotely.
- You support the sales team in pre-sales activities and successfully position new technologies.
- You perform troubleshooting within the incident and problem management process.
Qualifications:
- You have training as an IT specialist EFZ or a technical profession with appropriate further education.
- Over the course of your several years of professional experience in the ICT sector, you have developed the following skills:
- You have good knowledge of the client and server environment (Windows/Linux), especially in virtualised environments.
- You have good knowledge in Microsoft Azure, M365, MS Teams and MS PowerShell.
- You have network knowledge, especially in Fortinet and UniFi.
- You have experience in 2nd & 3rd level support and a systematic approach to the problem-solving process.
- You have fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written).
