Microsoft 365 Solution Engineer | Build & Grow ? (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently manage your customer projects throughout the entire cycle - from consulting and technical conception to implementation and subsequent support.
Around Microsoft 365 and Intune, you develop secure, stable customer environments and establish professional device and endpoint management.
You translate AI and Microsoft Copilot into concrete use cases for SMEs. In doing so, you identify meaningful applications and bring them into practice technically.
With Power Automate, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, you automate processes and develop solutions that make processes more efficient.
Besides the technical aspects, you actively shape customer relationships: you recognise additional potential, support acquisition, develop new contacts and contribute your own ideas to the company’s development.
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint, as well as solid know-how in software packaging and endpoint management.
AI integration, Microsoft Copilot and automation are either already part of your experience or topics you want to engage with intensively.
You can not only implement technical solutions but also clearly communicate their business benefits to decision-makers.
Self-responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to actively shape structures characterise your working style. Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or customer advisory as well as a network in the Swiss IT scene are additional advantages.
Fluent written and spoken German is required.
