Role:
In this position, you are responsible for the development and design of electrical circuit diagrams and systems to ensure innovative and reliable solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Development and design of electrical circuit diagrams and switching systems
- Creation of technical drawings, parts lists, and documentation
- Performing calculations and simulations to ensure electrical safety and functionality
- Selection and integration of components and devices
- Programming and parameterising controls and automation systems
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as electrical engineering, software development, and project management
- Continuous optimisation of design processes and standards
- Conducting tests and commissioning of electrical systems
- Compliance with standards, guidelines, and regulations
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an electrical designer, preferably in automation or control technology
- Confident use of CAD software, preferably EPLAN or comparable tools
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering and handling of electrical components and systems
- Experience in programming controls, e.g. PLC (Siemens S7, Beckhoff) or microcontrollers
- Knowledge of the application of standards and norms, e.g. DIN VDE
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
