Senior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and monitoring of the system architecture in collaboration with partners.
- Administration of M365 (including Entra, Teams, SharePoint) for the DACH region and France according to international UCC rules, including automations via PowerShell.
- Implementation, configuration and maintenance of workplace devices (notebooks, thin clients and mobile devices).
- Support in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for IT systems (on-premises and public cloud).
- Incident management in the Citrix environment and responsibility for the migration to Azure Virtual Desktop as well as packaging and publishing of RemoteApps.
- Design and implementation of the rollout strategy for operating systems and necessary applications via Intune.
- Participation in the development of technical solutions as well as documentation of requirements regarding IT infrastructure and software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training and further education in computer science (e.g. computer scientist EFZ in system technology or platform development, ICT system and network technician certificate, computer science degree HF).
- Proven expertise in M365 administration, especially with PowerShell, as well as experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and RemoteApps.
- Practical experience in SonicWall firewall management, network management and physical cabling.
- Ideally experience with service desk tools and ticketing systems.
- Good knowledge of German and English as well as basic knowledge of French.
