Responsibilities:
You create and check invoices, shipping documents and export papers.
You coordinate orders with sales, production and warehouse.
You prepare international parcel shipments based on existing guidelines.
You monitor deliveries via tracking until successful delivery.
You continuously maintain master data, order information and document filing.
You support the logistics manager with scheduling and order coordination.
You clarify operational issues with freight forwarders and external logistics partners.
In case of bottlenecks, you additionally support goods receipt, transfers and shipping tasks.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable commercial qualification
Initial professional experience in export, shipping, logistics or order processing
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Experience with an ERP system; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
Structured and careful working method with pronounced punctuality
Organisational talent and reliable cooperation with internal and external contacts
Willingness to take on operational logistics tasks if required
