HVAC Project Manager - Renovation (M/F)
Our client, a company recognised in the field of building technologies, has mandated us to recruit an HVAC Project Manager (M/F) to support the development of its renovation activities in the canton of Geneva.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the project management, you will be responsible for the complete management of HVAC projects mainly within the framework of building renovations and transformations.
In this capacity, you are notably responsible for:
- Managing several projects simultaneously, from study to completion of works.
- Analysing client needs and proposing solutions adapted to existing technical constraints.
- Preparing offers and ensuring the follow-up of tenders.
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the different phases of the construction sites.
- Ensuring the interface with clients, engineering offices, architects and partner companies.
- Participating in coordination meetings and guaranteeing the smooth flow of information.
- Monitoring the financial aspects of the projects under your responsibility.
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality of execution and budgetary objectives.
- Supporting teams in the successful completion of projects.
Candidate Profile
- Training in building technologies, ideally in heating, ventilation or air conditioning.
- Proven experience in managing HVAC projects.
- Knowledge of the Geneva construction and renovation market is an asset.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ease in client relations and communication with the various project stakeholders.
- Organisational skills, autonomy and initiative.
- Good command of common IT tools.
- Driving licence required.
