Role:
You have solid experience in finance and accounting and want to take on a responsible position with development prospects? In this versatile role, you are an important part of the finance team and, in addition to your professional tasks, also deputise for the head of finance and accounting.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for asset accounting and ensure correct and reliable processing
You take on the deputy role of the head of finance and accounting and participate in digitalisation projects
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
You prepare value-added tax returns
You are responsible for the accounts payable processes within the ERP and invoice processing system
You contribute to internal and external audits as well as to the optimisation of financial processes and the internal control system (ICS)
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, for example with a federal specialist certificate
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as confidence in financial statements according to Swiss CO
You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner and convince with high team spirit
You have sound knowledge in the area of value-added tax and an affinity for ERP systems and digital processes
Fluent German skills are required; English skills support you in the international environment
