As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will join a team at the heart of quality activities and play a concrete role in the release of pharmaceutical products. You will be involved in various processes of the Quality Management System, working closely with operational teams. Your versatility, analytical mindset, and ability to drive topics forward will be essential to support quality activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation. Your main tasks are:

• Act as the Quality Assurance referent in product release activities and associated quality processes.
• Review batch records and actively contribute to the product release process.
• Support and approve investigations related to non-conformities, providing a structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Lead the drafting of deviation reports and ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Actively participate in the evolution, optimisation, and continuous improvement of assigned quality processes and systems.
• Contribute to the validation of computerised systems and act as a Key User for certain quality systems.
• Write, update, and maintain quality documentation, including procedures and instructions.
• Support various departments in understanding and applying quality and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, analyse, and utilise key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement levers.
• Take part in the preparation and smooth conduct of internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Develop your versatility by working on a wide variety of quality activities, according to departmental priorities.

• You have a higher scientific education in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or an equivalent field.
• You are familiar with the main quality tools and problem-solving methodologies, or wish to develop your expertise in these areas.
• You communicate fluently, both written and spoken, in French and English.
• You are recognised for your analytical mind, rigour, and organisational skills.
• You can manage multiple priorities and adapt with agility in a varied and demanding environment.
• A first experience in a GxP environment would be a valued asset.
