Job Description
In close collaboration with the Head Chef and within a dynamic team, you will play an essential role in the smooth daily running of the culinary activities of a recognised contemporary brasserie. A true hands-on professional, you actively participate in production and service while ensuring compliance with established quality, hygiene and organisational standards. You support the Head Chef in supervising teams, managing kitchen operations, and developing a generous, friendly and accessible catering offer designed to meet the expectations of a diverse clientele. Accustomed to dynamic environments and sustained production volumes, you actively contribute to maintaining a high level of quality and consistency throughout services.
Profile Sought
With a solid professional training in cooking, your career has allowed you to successfully hold the position of Second Chef or confirmed Chef de Partie for several years within a brasserie. Comfortable with high-volume services as well as à la minute work, you are above all a hands-on professional, passionate about your craft and committed to product quality. Organised, rigorous and possessing an excellent team spirit, you know how to be reactive during busy periods while maintaining a high level of standards. Your natural leadership, organisational skills and ability to unite teams are real assets for success in this role.
