Customer Relations Advisor

To strengthen our team of 15 employees and develop our activities, we are looking for, to start immediately or as agreed, a

Main tasks

• Act as the first point of contact to inform or direct clients by telephone
• Respond to requests related to our basic banking products and digital services (e-banking, Twint, etc.)
• Perform various administrative tasks related to telephone calls
• Identify business potentials and refer clients and prospects to the appropriate departments
• Active advice and sale of the product range
• Inform, support and actively collaborate with other bank departments

Professional skills and abilities

• Training in the commercial field (CFC commercial employee or equivalent)
• Experience in the financial sector or several years of experience in a call centre
• Ease in advisory and sales activities
• Oral and written communication skills
• Perfect command of French and at least one foreign language (German, English, etc.)
