We are not looking for a classic project manager nor a pure solution engineer or business analyst. We are looking for a technical generalist who understands business requirements, develops pragmatic solutions from them, and drives their implementation together with specialist departments, IT, and external partners.

What you achieve

• You analyse business requirements together with the specialist departments and develop pragmatic, implementable solution concepts from them
• You design and implement digitisation and automation initiatives aligned with the company strategy
• You lead small to medium transformation and digitisation projects and are responsible for budget, scope, quality, and implementation success (including business case)
• You coordinate and manage external partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders from business and IT (including external tenders if necessary)
• You conduct workshops, requirements analyses, and decision-making processes
• You evaluate new technologies, cloud services, AI applications, and digital platforms regarding their added value for the company
• You develop into a central contact person for the IT landscape and support the team with deputising and operational tasks

What you bring

• You work independently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically, implementing projects with strong execution capability
• You convince through analytical thinking, interconnected action, and pronounced stakeholder management skills. This successfully brings business and IT together
• You have several years of experience in solution engineering, business analysis, digitisation, and project management
• You bring a broad understanding of modern IT architectures and their interaction within the corporate environment
• You have experience with APIs, interfaces, integrations as well as (AWS) cloud and SaaS solutions
• You have knowledge in data management, data models, and analytics; Power BI is an advantage
• You are familiar with current AI technologies and recognise their potential for business processes and automation
• You master methods such as requirements engineering, process management, and project management
• You communicate confidently in German and English and impress with your demeanour and enthusiasm for change
