Specialist AVOR / PPS (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Our client is an established Swiss industrial company specialising in the manufacture of highly precise components and sophisticated manufacturing solutions. With modern production facilities, high technical expertise, and a strong quality awareness, the company supplies customers from various demanding industrial sectors.
Role:
To strengthen production planning, an experienced individual is sought who reliably coordinates dates, capacities, and material availabilities. You will manage production orders, identify bottlenecks early, and ensure realistic and timely processes together with production, purchasing, and other interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Planning and control of production orders
Monitoring of deadlines, capacities, and production progress
Maintenance and control of production orders in the ERP system
Coordination in case of material and resource shortages
Initiation of appropriate measures in case of plan deviations
Preparation of relevant production key figures
Participation in the optimisation of inventories and planning processes
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in production planning, PPS, or production control in an industrial company
Technical or commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in supply chain, production planning, or logistics
Good understanding of production processes, material flows, and capacity planning
Experience with ERP systems and confident use of MS Office
Ability to recognise bottlenecks and deviations early and to derive appropriate measures
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with pronounced interconnected thinking
Very good German skills; English and French skills are an advantage
