IT Systems Specialist - Voice (m/f/d)

Commissioning and ongoing maintenance of IT systems
System monitoring and troubleshooting of any issues
Handling of customer enquiries in the IT area
Analysis of customer needs and comprehensive advice and support
Documentation of systems and performing general administrative tasks in projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training
Experience in commissioning and maintenance of IT systems
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot IT systems
Experience in handling IT customer enquiries
German language skills, spoken and written at a flawless level
