Employee Order Management Export & Import Processing (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,800 - 91,000Our client is an established Swiss company in the life sciences sector. High quality standards, reliable processes, and collaboration with international business partners are central.
Role:
As an employee in import processing, you coordinate operational procurement, monitor international deliveries, and support your team with administrative and organisational tasks.
Responsibilities:
You handle and monitor orders up to goods receipt.
You maintain relevant data and documents in the system.
You liaise with external business partners and internal departments.
You check commercial documents and quality certificates and resolve discrepancies.
You assist in coordinating international deliveries and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
You perform general administrative tasks within the purchasing team.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification; additional knowledge in import and export is an advantage.
You are familiar with common office applications and ERP systems.
You have fluent German and English skills.
You enjoy organisational and coordination tasks and keep an overview even under high workload.
