Cloud Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

You operate and maintain network and server components of our cloud environments.
You implement standardised platforms and ensure their reliable lifecycle.
You analyse operational disruptions, optimise services, and support users at the 2nd level.
You ensure compliance with ISO 27001 requirements and integrate security requirements into operations.
You automate recurring processes with PowerShell and continuously develop existing operational processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training with a focus on system technology and bring several years of practical experience.
You are proficient in Windows Server as well as basic Microsoft 365 and Azure services including Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
You have basic knowledge in the administration of Linux servers.
You enjoy direct customer contact and work in a service- and solution-oriented manner.
You communicate very well in German and have good English skills at least at B1 level.
