Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established real estate service provider focusing on the professional management, administration and development of residential and commercial properties. With sound market knowledge, high expertise and a strong customer orientation, it supports owners, investors and tenants in the sustainable care and preservation of the value of their properties.
Responsibilities:
You manage the real estate accounting for your own portfolio and ensure correct and timely processing.
You independently prepare service charge statements, balance sheets and profit and loss accounts as well as owner statements.
For new properties, you take over the accounting setup and check the relevant statements.
You handle mandate terminations, reconcile tenant accounts and support property management with dunning procedures.
Checking and timely payment of creditor and supplier invoices is also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your foundation.
You are familiar with the requirements of property accounting and bring relevant professional experience or further training.
You are confident in using MS Office.
You have a strong numerical understanding, are digitally savvy and approach your tasks analytically.
Very good German language skills.
