Senior Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Senior Microsoft System Engineer, you are the driving force behind a stable, secure and modern ICT landscape. You are confident in the Microsoft and cloud environment and continuously develop this environment further. You see complex technical issues as a challenge, not a hurdle. In addition to operational responsibility, you also advance projects and promote knowledge transfer within the team.
Responsibilities:
You ensure that employees can rely on a stable, secure and modern ICT infrastructure
You continuously develop the Microsoft 365 (M365) and cloud environment
You lead infrastructure and digitalisation projects and bring them to a successful conclusion
You analyse complex technical issues and develop sustainable solutions
You identify optimisation potentials and automate recurring processes with PowerShell
Additionally, you support the training of IT apprentices and promote knowledge exchange within the team
Qualifications:
Higher IT education (HF, FH) or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment
Solid know-how in areas such as Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, virtualisation or backup solutions
Enjoy analysing and sustainably solving technical challenges
Independent working style, high personal responsibility and the desire to actively drive topics forward
Also enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
