Shape the digital workplace of tomorrow.
You combine technical know-how with strategic thinking and want to sustainably develop modern collaboration platforms? In this position, you shape the Microsoft 365 landscape, establish intelligent governance structures and develop scalable solutions for secure and efficient collaboration. You combine automation, information architecture and user experience to create a future-proof digital workplace.
Responsibilities:
Further development of the Microsoft 365 platform strategy including architecture, roadmap, standards and technical lifecycle management
Design and implementation of scalable governance models for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Groups
Design of information architectures, permission concepts, retention policies and controlled release processes
Monitoring platform usage, security configuration and compliance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Entra ID
Development of automated deployment processes for SharePoint sites, templates and standardised platform configurations
Implementation of automation solutions with PnP PowerShell, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate
Design and realisation of low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate to digitalise operational processes
Management of migrations from on-premises SharePoint environments, file servers and existing document platforms to the Microsoft 365 cloud
Ensuring data integrity, permission structures, information classification and compliance during technical migrations
Consulting departments and decision-makers in designing modern collaboration and digital workplace concepts
Development of enablement concepts, training formats and internal expert networks to sustainably increase platform acceptance
Analysis of usage data and feedback for continuous optimisation of the platform, governance and user experience
Creation of technical architecture concepts, governance policies and clear platform documentation
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, especially in the design, administration or further development of complex enterprise platforms
Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site architecture, information architecture, permissions and lifecycle management
Very good practical experience with PnP PowerShell and automated SharePoint deployment processes
Knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API for integration and automation of various Microsoft 365 services
Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Entra ID
Practical knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate for implementing efficient low-code and workflow solutions
Understanding of information security, data classification, compliance and modern governance approaches
Experience with cloud migrations, ideally using ShareGate, SharePoint Migration Tool or comparable tools
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable platform architectures and comprehensible policies
Experience in introducing digital work platforms as well as in change management and user activation
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to different target groups
A structured, solution-oriented working style with a good sense of the interplay between security, governance and user-friendliness
Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power Platform are an advantage
