Responsibilities:
You independently check and process international customer orders.
You prepare and send quotations after internal coordination.
You compile the necessary documents for shipping.
You create and check customs-related documents.
You respond to customer enquiries and handle ongoing matters.
You coordinate orders and open points with sales.
You support internal departments in timely order processing.
You reliably perform administrative tasks in the international daily business.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training forms your foundation.
Several years of professional experience in an international sales environment.
Experience with import and export processing is required.
ERP knowledge, ideally in proAlpha or a comparable system, is present.
You have good user skills in MS Office.
You act pragmatically and solution-oriented even with more complex issues.
Teamwork, resilience and a confident manner are among your strengths.
Very good German and good English skills are required for the role.
