The APERO Network, Early Childhood Care Network Oron, is a non-profit association offering its services to families in the region in terms of preschool, after-school, and daytime family care. A major player in the local economy, it brings together around 300 committed collaborators working daily with children and families.
To strengthen our administrative team, we are looking for a
HR Specialist - 80% to 100%
You are a reference person for all HR matters and support the General Management and managerial staff as well as collaborators throughout the professional life cycle.
Your main tasks
- Advise and support the General Management and managerial staff in common or complex HR situations.
- Supervise the monitoring of the entire life cycle of collaborators.
- Support managerial staff in recruitment processes as well as during coaching interviews, sensitive or conflictual situations, and dismissal procedures.
- Ensure the correct application of labour law, internal regulations, the collective agreement, and institutional decisions.
- Supervise matters related to social insurance and ensure compliance with employer obligations.
- Ensure the final control of the payroll process.
- Guarantee the compliance and quality of HR documents, procedures, and tools, and propose necessary improvements.
- Contribute to the development of HR indicators and monitoring tools.
- Contribute to the monitoring of commercial apprentices and manage the administration of other dual and tertiary training programmes.
- Collaborate closely with the General Management and the administrative team of about fifteen people.
Your profile
- Federal diploma as a human resources specialist or equivalent or higher training.
- Proven experience in a comparable role with a similar level of responsibility.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance.
- Proven experience in supporting managers and managing sensitive HR situations.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as common IT tools.
