Trust Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Responsibilities:
- You manage client accounting, including both general and subsidiary ledgers, and prepare interim and annual financial statements (according to OR) using various accounting software (ABACUS and bexio).
- You prepare VAT returns and conduct annual VAT reconciliations.
- You lead the secretariat and administration, including client support.
- You assist with payroll and salary administration.
- Preparing tax declarations for natural and legal persons is part of your duties.
- Your involvement in the area of auditing rounds off your diverse activities.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial trust apprenticeship.
- You are pursuing or planning to pursue further training as a trustee with a Federal Diploma.
- You are experienced in using various accounting software and have experience with ABACUS.
- Your German language skills are at a fluent level.
