Production Mechanic (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a production mechanic or equivalent training
• Several years of proven experience in precision machining on conventional and/or CNC machines
• Experience in the watchmaking, microtechnology or high-precision mechanical environment
• Knowledge of CAM and optimisation of manufacturing processes is an advantage
• Excellent mastery of reading technical drawings and metrology
• Ease in setting, starting up and monitoring production on machining centres
• Good knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools and mechanical manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to control the quality of produced parts and to intervene in settings when necessary.
• Developed technical sense and strong interest in modern industrial environments
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production teams
• Driving licence (cat. B) and vehicle, an advantage

• Carry out the machining of precision mechanical parts using conventional machines and CNC machining centres
• Perform settings, start-ups and production monitoring of manufacturing equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manufacturing sequences and production documents
• Participate in simple programming and optimisation of CNC machines in collaboration with technical teams
• Ensure production monitoring and make necessary setting corrections to guarantee part conformity
• Control dimensions, tolerances and quality of components using standard measuring instruments
• Carry out assembly, fitting or finishing operations as required by production
• Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment and ensure proper functioning of installations
• Apply quality, safety and continuous improvement procedures in force within the company
