For our client, an established and successful Swiss company in the field of building technology and fire protection, we are looking for a motivated individual for the Aargau and Solothurn regions as:

Service Technician Building Technology / Fire Protection (m/f) 100%

Independent on the road, technically challenged and in daily direct contact with customers in Aargau and Solothurn

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Independent execution of service, maintenance and repair work on modern smoke and heat extraction systems
• Planning, organisation and coordination of your own service assignments
• Installation, commissioning and testing of electrical components, drives, switches and ventilation systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults directly at the customer’s site
• Support with technical adjustments and optimisations of existing systems
• Preparation of work reports and technical documentation
• Competent advice and support of customers in technical matters
• Gradual takeover of more complex systems and extended areas of responsibility

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Completed training as an electrician, electrical installer or comparable technical basic training
• Initial professional experience in service, maintenance or electrical engineering is an advantage
• Enjoyment of independent work and solving technical challenges
• Technical interest and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems and technologies
• Customer-oriented manner and good communication skills
• Reliable, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good PC user skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
• Residence in the Aarau, Solothurn or surrounding area
