Two entities, genuine autonomy and a key role in a growing group. We are looking for a Group Accountant to join the team.

Want to move beyond simple "bookkeeping"? Here, you take charge of a complete scope, from closings to salaries, with real autonomy and a concrete role in modernising processes. To support its growth, a Romandy group is currently seeking its next Group Accountant at 60–80%.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Maintaining the general accounting and closings of two entities
• Complete management of salaries and personnel administration
• Reconciliations, monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Preparation of the annual closing and audit follow-up
• Supervision of a small administrative team
• Monitoring invoicing, debtors, creditors and cash flow
• Management of VAT and administrative obligations
• Process improvement and participation in the migration to Odoo

You offer your new employer

• Training in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Swiss general accounting
• Solid experience in Swiss salaries and social charges
• Proficiency in an accounting ERP and Excel
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT and legal obligations
• Experience in a service company and/or project environment
• First experience in team supervision
• Fluent French, B2 English; German is an asset
