Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for the maintenance and care of indoor and outdoor facilities
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, and upkeep work on buildings, building services systems, and HVAC infrastructures
- Regular inspection rounds and independent resolution of technical faults
- Coordination and supervision of external service providers and craftsmen
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the entire site
- Support with minor renovation projects and participation in special operational tasks
- Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma, preferably in HVAC, or technical vocational training with corresponding experience in building or property maintenance
- Good technical knowledge, ideally in HVAC, mechanics, or building technology
- Manual skills as well as reliable, independent, and structured working methods
- Experience in managing buildings and facilities is an advantage
- High service orientation, resilience, and ability to work in a team
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
- You live in the Wattwil region or are willing to commute a short distance
