On behalf of our client from the food industry, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Industrial Cleaning / Janitor (m/f/d) within the framework of employee leasing.

Your Tasks

• Leadership, coordination and motivation of a team in the field of industrial cleaning
• Active participation in cleaning and disinfection work in production and operational areas
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations
• Organisation and supervision of daily workflows
• Carrying out janitorial tasks as well as monitoring technical and infrastructural facilities
• Documentation of completed work and preparation of reports
• Training and support of new employees
• Collaboration with production, quality assurance and external service providers

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in the food industry
• Experience as a team leader, foreman or shift supervisor
• Knowledge in janitorial services and building maintenance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• High social competence and leadership experience
• Willingness to actively participate in operational day-to-day business
• Willingness to work in day and night shifts
• Mandatory: Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
