Systems Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

Technical leadership and coaching of an IT engineering team, including task management and promotion of team performance
Design and implementation of IT infrastructure projects with a focus on Microsoft technologies and modern cloud services
Administration and optimisation of cloud servers (IaaS) as well as management of IT security infrastructures
Firewall management (e.g. Fortinet) and active participation in cybersecurity strategies and security projects
Efficient incident and problem management in 2nd level support as well as close coordination with stakeholders
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Hyper-V virtualisation
Strong IT security competence with FortiGate firewalls, Remote Desktop Services and PowerShell scripting
Practical experience with PRTG monitoring, Exchange and Baramundi Endpoint Management is an advantage
Several years of experience in the IT service provider environment as well as proven leadership experience as a team leader
Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form for professional customer and business communication
