Job description:
Job requirements:
Carry out finishing operations, notably polishing and brightening of prepared surfaces
Ensure dimensional and aesthetic control of produced parts
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes
Job requirements:
Experience in polishing and brightening watchmaking clothing components considered a major asset
AFP or CFC qualification as Polisher is an asset
Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing is an asset
Excellent visual acuity, remarkable dexterity, rigour and attention to detail
Comfortable using production software
Autonomous, organised, and possessing a good team spirit
Meticulous and respectful of procedures
Availability for shift work (2x8)
