Accounts Payable Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Textile and hygiene services – an industry that moves more than you think. Our Rocken partner supplies companies from various sectors with customised rental service solutions: from workwear to flat linen to cleanroom textiles and dirt-trapping mats. Sustainability is the focus – for example, through recycling concepts and closed loops. The field of activity covers the entire service chain: consulting, processing, logistics and customer care. - Recording and checking incoming invoices as well as their proper posting in the system
- Carrying out payment runs and managing open items
- Communicating with suppliers regarding invoice clarifications and payment terms
- Preparing evaluations and reports for management
- Supporting monthly and annual financial statements
- Identifying optimisation potential in accounts payable
- Close cooperation with other departments such as purchasing and controlling
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external requirements
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training, ideally with further education in accounting or finance
- Several years of professional experience in accounts payable
- Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of a common accounting system, e.g. SAP, is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Analytical thinking and solution orientation
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
